How we work with you
From first brief to the last strike, a job runs in four stages.

Brief
Tell us the event, venue, dates and audience. We reply with questions and a quote.
- Stage 2
Concept
We develop the artwork and set layout, and share visuals for your sign-off.
- Stage 3
Build
We build and paint in the workshop or on site, to the venue's build window.
- Stage 4
On site
We install, run live painting if booked, and strike the set after the event.

Your questions answered
Can you do live graffiti at a corporate event?
Yes. Live painting works well at launches, conferences and brand events. We agree the design, the surface and the timing with you in advance so the piece is finished as the event ends.
Can you build for outdoor festival sites?
Yes. We have delivered festival set building and artworking for Boardmasters. We plan materials and finishes for outdoor conditions and agree site access and build times with the organisers.
Do you handle install and strike?
Yes. We deliver, install and strike the artwork, and can work to the build and de-rig windows set by the venue or festival.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Large builds need design and production time. Send us your date and location and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you create an event from scratch?
Yes. We have delivered event creation for BBC Radio 1. We can work from a theme or a brand to create the look of the whole space, not just one wall.
